FAQ
Processing times are set by each embassy and vary by country and season — from a few days for e-visas to several weeks for Schengen, UK or US visas. We recommend applying as early as the embassy allows.
No agency can guarantee a visa. Approval is entirely at the discretion of the embassy or consulate. What we do is make sure your application is complete, consistent and well-presented, which avoids common reasons for delay or rejection.
Not always. Many services can be handled over phone, email and WhatsApp. Where biometrics or interviews are required, you will need to attend the visa centre in person — we will guide you on what to carry.
Our service fee depends on the visa type and destination and is shared upfront along with embassy and VFS fees, which are paid separately as per official rates.
